Apples from Tasminia’s beautiful Huon Valley.

Made using alcohol distilled from barley and cherry, and then infused with Tasmanian apple juice. The end result is a tangy and slightly sour Schnapps which will remind you why they call Tasmania the ‘Apple Isle!’
